Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be cancelled or rearranged via the following methods:

The cancellation link found in your original appointment booking confirmation email.
(Please check your junk folder for this in case it has been filed in there)

Emailing us with details of your appointment, as well as details of potential days/times for rearranging, should you wish to do so.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment incur the full appointment fee (£50)
You will receive an invoice outlining payment details. Payments should be made within 7 days, otherwise we withhold the right to provide further treatment.

Non attendance of a scheduled appointment will also incur the full appointment fee (£50)
