Appointments are 45 minutes, with each consisting of a detailed consultation, hands on assessment and provision of appropriate treatment.
Follow up appointments, maintenance programmes and/or referrals to other professionals (i.e. physio, chiropractor) will be discussed with you at the end of your appointment.
Our analysis focusses on key areas:

Stride length & cadence (step rate)
Joint alignment at the ankle, knee, hip and elbow
Pelvic and trunk stability
Overstriding or braking forces

Simple, targeted correction advice provided by our software based on your analysis results

Compression Therapy
Compression boot therapy, also known as pneumatic compression therapy, involves using specialised boots that apply controlled pressure to limbs to improve circulation and reduce muscle fatigue.
Compression boot sessions can form part of a sports massage appointment, or can be used independently as a standalone treatment option.
A thorough consultation will be carried out prior to any treatment beginning, however compression therapy may not be suitable if you have an underlying health condition. Appropriate medical advice should be sought prior to use if you have, or potentially have, any condition that may be affected by the use of Compression Therapy boots.
Pregnant individuals are also advised to seek medical advice prior to any treatment.
